Powerhouse Cillian Tierney, emerges first out of the water and go on to win the Hardman Sprint Triathlon on Valentia Island, Co Kerry in a phenomenal time of 56 mins and 56 seconds. The Hardman Sprint Triathlon included, boarding Valentia Island Ferry to Renard Pier to complete a 750 m swim to the Island, leaving the transition area and cycle a 10 km expanse of the Island before running 5 km back to the finish line a the Royal Valentia Hotel.
