FORTY-THREE new local authority housing units from two developments are scheduled to be completed in the Tralee Municipal District in 2021.
While 28 units are due to be completed by the end of this year in Balloonagh (adjacent to Connolly Park), there are 22 housing units currently being built in Ardfert and 21 units in Ballyrickard due to start construction next month, with both developments scheduled for completion in February and September of 2021 respectively.
This compares to 133 to be completed in 2022 from five developments. There are 61 units in Lohercannon to start contruction this August with an April 2022 estimated completion date.

Thirty units at Croogorts will also begin construction in August with a January 2o22 completion date.
Construction on eight units in Rahoonane is scheduled to begin in February 2021 and expected to finish in March 2022.
Eighteen units in Chamfers Place will begin development this October, expected to finish in April 2022 and 16 units at Hawley Park will start construction in March 2021 and hopefully finish by September 2022.
