Na GaeilNA GAEIL SCÓR : All roads led to Ballymac on Friday night where the first round of SCÓR Sínsear 2016 took place.

NA GAEIL were well represented in the following categories solo singing: Mary Ellen O Connor Recitation:Sorocha O SuilleabhainBailead Ghrupa:Therese Keating,Tracy Hurley,Racheal  Moynihan , Pat Sheehy and Tim Lynch.

Leiriu: A Day in the Bog penned once again by our very talented writer/ Director extraordinaire Mary Quirke Mike Lynch, Jim Adams, Margaret Doody,Jennie Sheehy,Eoin Nolan and Colm O Suilleabhain.

There was strong opposition in all categories and a great nights entertainment was had by all.We were victorious in Solo singing,Athairiseoireacht and Bailead Ghrupa,so a huge congratulations to everyone involved.Commiserations to the Leiriu participants who performed a blinder on the night and were unlucky not to qualify for the next round …

All winners will now compete in the County Final which is being held on Friday 6th February in Castleisland and we would like to wish them the very best of Na Gaeil luck  .

NA GAEIL U8s: Training commenced indoors at the Tralee Sports complex on Sunday last at 10 am.  There was fantastic turnout and everyone enjoyed the training and games. Don’t forget to keep practicing your skills at home

The Under 8s Management team for the 2016 Season is Ger Reidy, Padraig Heaphy, Kieran Fitzgerald & Terry McEneaney,Next week Players are asked to bring €2 and please ensure you bring your water bottle & mouth-guards See you all next Sunday,Tralee complex 10am.

GET WELL SOON: Great to hear Mike and Darren Burns returned home last Tuesday from Beaumont Hospital and are now both on the way to a full recovery . We wish them all the very best and look forward to seeing both in the club soon.

PILATES: Pilates classes in clubhouse every Wednesday night.  Get yourself in shape for the New Year with Pilates.Intermediate class 6.45pm and Beginners/Improvers at 8pm. Contact Niall Lucey on 087-7662161 for more info.

LOTTO :The draw for the jackpot of €1,700 took  place on Tuesday evening last. Numbers drawn were 1,6,24 27.There was no winner.

€50 winners were Donal Daly Philip Manzer.€25 winners were Mary Sheehan ,Tony Meehen,Jerome Quirke Micheal O Carroll.Next week’s lotto is worth €1,800,All welcome for draw in club each Tuesday at 10.30pm

UNWANTED GIFTS:Please donate any unwanted Christmas gifts to our Bingo,where they will be put to good use as raffle prizes every Monday night.Please leave in clubhouse for attention of Niamh.

BINGO: NA GAEIL bingo is on every Monday night At 8.30pm sharp. We have prize money of over €1,000 guaranteed every week with a mini jackpot that increases forthrightly when not won.

A door prize and a halftime raffle with lovely prizes is also a weekly event.A bus service is on 087 2817577. You can ring this number for pick up and drop off.100% of our fund raised go back into the club directly.

The  bingo is run on a total volunteer basis and a huge thank you to all the parents who offer their time to run this vital fundraiser for the club.if anyone wants to donate a spot prize to bingo please it at the club marked bingo.
