JUST three of the six Kerry properties which were to go under the hammer in Dublin yesterday, were sold at the Allsop auction in the RDS.
They were an apartment in Tralee, a house in Caherdaniel and a bungalow in Listowel.
A cottage in Banna was withdrawn prior to auction, while a bungalow in Moyvane and land in Cordal went unsold.

An apartment in Parklands Tralee is to go under the hammer in February.
Apartment 302 The Parklands, Tralee, has a reserve not to exceed €30,000. The fourth floor one bedroom apartment was sold for €49,000.

This Listowel house will go to auction in February.
Riverlodge The Powerline, Listowel, has a reserve not to exceed €50,000, but the detached three bedroom house was sold for €40,000.

A detached house at 12 An Ghleantain, Caherdaniel, had a reserve not to exceed €85,000 but the four bedroom dormer bungalow fetched an impressive €141,000.
