AFTER the seventh count, things haven’t changed that much with Jimmy Deenihan still chasing the pack.

The Fine Gael man is 1,880 votes behind Fianna Fail’s John Brassil with Brendan Griffin and Martin Ferris still in a great position to be re-elected. They are now distributing Michael Fitzgerald of the Green Party’s vote as he has been eliminated. (see result below)
