AN event near Blennerville Windmill on Sunday  is a must for families looking for a day out.

The Blennerville Pony and Agricultural Show celebrates its 40th Anniversary Show and has grown to hosting over 50 pony and horse classes, as well as cattle and sheep classes.

This year they have teamed up with Sera Husky Rescue to run a dog show which starts at 1pm. There’s an indoor section with a display from the ICA, a section for adult baking, children’s baking and a special needs section.

There’s a bonny baby competition, bouncy castles, a pets corner and reptile area. They’ll  also be hosting an art competition and entries will be taken on the day of show before judging.

There’ll be a ploughing display, milking machine display, sheep shearing on the day and a show beehive. With live music by Dreams of Freedom from 1pm to 3pm and an assortment of stalls, it looks like all roads lead to Blennerville on Sunday with the fun starting from 10am.
