A youthful Abbeydorney senior team were unlucky to loose out to county champions Lixnaw in the first round of the county league.
Abbeydorney with 8 of last years minor team making their first appearance for the senior team put up a strong performance loosing in the end to a last minute penalty goal.
Our next outing is this Friday 22nd March 8 pm v St Brendans Ardfert at home.

U16s play their first match this Sunday 24th March v Crotta away at 12 noon.
