A FUNDRAISING afternoon in aid of Kerry Rape & Sexual Abuse Centre will be held later this month and the organisation is hoping people support this great cause.
The centre is set to host an Afternoon Tea Party on Saturday, September 23 at 1pm in the Muckross House Hotel, Killarney.
Guests will be treated to a welcome drink on arrival followed by the newly launched Mrs Herbert’s afternoon tea at the hotel.
The afternoon will also include live entertainment and there will be some wonderful spot prizes on the day.

The Kerry Rape & Sexual Abuse centre has been providing free and professional services for over 25 years. Founded in 1992, the centre has worked with female and male survivors of all types of sexual violence and is mainly funded through Tusla (Child & Family Agency) but have a financial shortfall to make up every year through fundraising. Services provided include; counselling for survivors, support and information for non-abusing relatives and friends, telephone counselling, education and awareness programmes, garda & court accompaniment and, advocacy.
