KERRY will host an Republic of Ireland U18 International in Killarney Celtic’s grounds on Thursday, April 14 at 7pm.
Ireland will take on Scotland in the Inspiresport U18 Boys Centenary Shield clash.
In the competition, Ireland also play Northern Ireland, England and Wales.
The Ireland U18’s are a development side which is often used to give the best young players in the SSE Airtricity League continued experience in international football.
It’s rare treat for international football to come to Kerry. Bayern Munich’s Mario Gotze, famously played in Listowel a number of years ago while on underage duty for Germany.
