WELL there’s good news and bad news regarding the weather this weekend.
First the bad…
A Yellow Status Rainfall Warning is currently in effect for Kerry, Galway, Mayo, and Clare for all day on Friday.
We’ll see heavy rain in west and southwest coastal counties, with a risk of thundery downpours, mainly near the coast – that’ll be us then!
Continued below…
Totals of 25 mm likely, but up to 35 mm in parts of the southwest (us again), with a risk of flooding.
So Friday’s a bit of a washout, but here’s the good news…
Saturday and Sunday will be return to the unseasonably mild, sunny weather (up to 16ºC on Sunday!) we’ve got used to over the past couple of weeks.
Great news for all the kids who won’t get a soaking out trick or treating tomorrow night.
