Andrew Barry Named U21 Player Of The Province For Munster

NA GAEIL’s Andrew Barry  has been selected as the EirGrid GAA U21 Player of the Province for Munster after his performances for Kerry during this year’s championship.

Andrew was named Man of the Match in the recent Munster final victory over Cork.

This is the first year of the EirGrid GAA U21 Player of the Province initiative. Each recipient has been carefully selected by the Gaelic Writers Association.

Director of External Affairs at EirGrid, Rosemary Steen, commented;

“I would like to extend my sincere congratulations to Andrew on winning this award. His performance for Kerry in the Munster championship has been fantastic and we are delighted to be able to recognise him for this.”

Kerry play Galway in the EirGrid GAA U21 Football All-Ireland Semi-Final on Saturday next the 15th April in Cusack Park in Ennis at 4:30pm.
