CLUB AGM
The Club AGM took place through Zoon om Friday 5th February. Juvenile Secretary, Coleen Shiels gave a comprehensive report on all juvenile activity throughout the year going on to thank all fellow officers, coaches,parents & players for their efforts through the year. Club secretary Chris Sheehan’s report covered the minor andsenior campaigns in what was a challenging year for everyone.
Brendan Slattery gave a summary of the club finances. Club chairman Joe Wallace taking to the new technology like a duck to water, read out the chairman’s address. He thanked all fellow officers, players,management, coaches, Covid officer & parents of both juvenile and senior clubs in what was a difficult year.
He also thanked our Juvenile club sponsor, Eddie Morrison of Ardfert Pharmacy and Atlantic Oils & Geaney Oils, our senior club sponsors, as well as our 100 club contributors and everyone who supported the club.
Jim O’Gorman gave an update on the sale of the field in Killeacle & Sean Dineen gave an update on where things lie with the Medical Centre and when they hopethe fields will be ready to go. Joe acknowledged the work done by the outgoing field committee.
Membership rates for 2021 were agreed as follows: Senior player €60, Student €35, Juvenile all age groups €30, Family (1 adult plus children) €80, Adult non player €30
