Three Out Of Five Kerry Houses Sold At Allsop Auction

KERRY properties went under the hammer at the Allsop Auction  in Dublin today but there was only three out of five sold.

The properties are in Lixnaw, Lyrecrompane, Ballyheigue, Valentia, and Listowel and were part of the auction at the RDS in Ballsbridge on Thursday.

Auction Lixnaw

This house (above) at 37 Slí na Faiche, Lixnaw, had a reserve not to exceed €45,000, but the semi-detached three bedroom house sold for well over that at €66,000.

Auction Ballyheigue

.

This house at Ballyloughnane, Ballyheigue, (above) had a reserve not to exceed €100,000, but went unsold after the last bid of €70,000. The two-storey detached four bedroom house has gardens to the front and rear and extends to approximately 125 sq. m (1,345 sq. ft).
Auction Lyrecrompane

.

Over in Lyrecrompane, this house (above) at Renagowan,  had a reserve not to exceed €20,000, but the detached three bedroom house got just one bid for €10,000 and went unsold.

Auction Valentia

.

This property (above) at Chapeltown, Valentia Island,  had a reserve not to exceed €40,000 and the detached three bedroom house extending to approximately 91 sq. m (980 sq. ft) was sold for €46,000.

Auction Listowel

.

A mid terrace six bedroom house (above) extending to approximately 176 sq. m (1,900 sq. ft) at 79, Church Street, Listowel, had a reserve of €40,000, but it sold for over double that amount at €81,000.
