PEIL FAOI 6: NB: Our U6 boys (2012/13) will be in action again this Sunday in The Green CBS Gym at 11am. (‘Mock’ examinations in Meánscoil Chnoc an tSeabhaic). These lads were fantastic last week! See you all in The Green ón Sunday, boys!
PEIL FAOI 8: Nota Bene: Training for the U8 lads (2011/2010) will be again be held in The Green CBS Gym at 12.00 ar an Domhnach seo. (Triailscrúduithe ar siúl i gCnoc an tSeabhaic). These U8s are mighty men!
PEIL FAOI 10: More great football by the U10s last Sunday morning! Under 10 Boys (2008/2009) will be in action at 11 am at the The Green (CBS) Astroturf Pitch ar an Domhnach beag seo. Beimid ag traenáil faoi dhíon (laistigh) má bhíonn sé fliuch lasmuigh.

PEIL FAOI 12: Under 12 football training will be in Connolly Park again this coming Sunday. Last week’s session was enjoyed by all and great football was played. Ar an Domhnach arís ag 3pm.

PEIL FAOI 14: (i) (a) The U14 indoor training for the S & C programme started on Thursday (8th) at 5.45pm sharp and we’ll be in action again on the following Thursday. Please be ready to begin the session on time and please wear appropriate gear and runners and bring water. (b) Outdoor training will take place again next Sunday (11th). Expect text with all details. The County League will commence in March. Beimid ullamh! (ii) Our boys travelled to Cork last Saturday to take part in the annual Mick O’Brien (Nemo Rangers) Tournament. We played in a strong group and came up against Nemo Rangers, Templeogue, Cuala and St Vincents…’gunnaí móra’ iad san! Most of these teams are well into their season and their fitness levels proved to be a bit too much for us. We were very narrowly beaten in our games but put in some very promising displays and can hold our heads high after the great effort and heart shown by all 20 participating players. Well done, boys! (iii) (a) TDB A League fixtures: ROINN 1: 24ú Feabhra at 4pm…Ades A (away) v B/mac; 3ú Márta at 4pm…AdeS A (ag baile) v Na Gaeil; 10ú Márta ag 4pm…AdeS A (as baile) v K-O’R. (iv) TDB B fixtures: ROINN 3: 24ú Feabhra ag 3pm…AdeS B (as baile) v B/mac; 10ú Márta ag 3pm…AdeS B (at home) v K-O’R. (b) TDB rialacha/treoracha: (a) games may be 13 or 15 aside depending on team numbers; (b) top two teams in each division will play in the final; (c) only teams that have played all games will be eligible to play in the finals; (d) extra time will be played in finals if necessary; (e) Coiste Thrá Lí has a ‘zero tolerance’ policy in regard to the use of foul and abusive language; this policy may encourage younger people to take up refereeing; referees are being instructed by an coiste to report such abuse or foul language and all reports of same will be dealt with by the CCCC. PEIL FAOI 16: Our Under 16 players are back in training on Fridays and on Sundays. The Central League will begin in March. Táimid ag súil agus ag tnúth go mór leis!

CORN UÍ MHUIRÍ: ‘Well done’ to The Green boys on their Munster Colleges football semi-final victory. Bhuaigh siad ar Choláiste Choilm, Baile an Chollaigh. Peileadóirí ár gclub ar an bpainéal: Seán Cuiltéir, Eoghan Ó Cearúill, Dáithí Mac Muiris, Dónal Ó Ruairc.
SCÓR na bPÁISTÍ: Scór na bPáistí for the Greater Tralee Area will take place on Tuesday 20th March (dáta ‘nua’) at 6.30pm i nGaelscoil Mhic Easmainn, Ráth Rónáin. Entry date: Friday 23rd February. The qualifiers will advance to the county semi-final which will be held at 4pm on Saturday April 7th. The county finals will take place at 2pm on Sunday April 22nd in Foilmore Community Centre. The county final quiz will be held at 11am on Sunday April 22nd; quiz venue to be confirmed.
SEANFHOCAIL NA SEACHTAINE i mBLIAIN NA GAEILGE: (i) Dhá thrian catha an misneach (two thirds of the battle is courage/confidence). SCÓR NA SINSEAR ’18: The Greater Tralee Area Scór na Sinsear will take place at 7.30pm on Wednesday 14thFebruary at Na Gaeil Clubhouse. Good luck to The Rock representatives. Our set dancers: Seán Ó Floinn, Bernie Uí Mhainchín, Éamonn Ó Raghallaigh, Tracey Mhic Liam, Maidhc Ó Muirthile, Eibhlín Mhic Ionnrachtaigh, Tadhg Ó Miacháin, Siobhán Uí Chathasaigh…all on their first ‘outing’ for the club. Our solo singer: Máire de Barra…on her 2nd ‘go’ in Scór. The county finals will take place at 4pm (quiz only) and at 6pm (other 7 competitions) in Bunscoil Mhuire gan Smál, Oileán Ciarraí, on Saturday 24th February. There will be no Tralee round for the quiz; all teams will go straight to the county final and the winners in the county final quiz will go straight to the All-Ireland. With a bit of luck, we could have a team in the All-Ireland! Any club volunteers for the table quiz? The Munster semi-finals for the other 7 items will take place on Saturday March 3rd in Cappamore, County Limerick. The All-Ireland finals will take place in Sligo IT on Saturday April 14th.
SCÓR na nÓG ‘18: Gach ádh ar na Kerry Scór na nÓg performers in the All-Ireland finals i Sligo on 17thFebruary. Na Gaeil will be the TDB’s representatives.
