PEIL FAOI 6: Our Sunday action will take place in Caherslee on Sunday at 11am.

PEIL FAOI 8: (i) Caherslee is the place to be at 11am on Sunday. (ii) On Wednesday April 4th we participated in the Kerry County Board U8 7-aside football blitz at the John Mitchel Club. Our two teams played v Ballymac, Milltown/Castlemaine and Listry. A great outing was had by all!

PEIL FAOI 10: (i) Dé Domhnaigh ag 11am i gCathair Sailí le haghaidh peile. (ii) On April 5th we took part in the Kerry County Board U10 9-aside football blitz at the John Mitchel Club grounds. Our two teams were in Group 1 with Listry, Cill Chuimín agus Fionnúig. Well done, all!

PEIL FAOI 12: (i) We made an enjoyable and very successful a trip to Legion on Easter Monday. Well done, all! Thanks to our hosts. (ii) Lee Strand County League fixtures (as of now):- DIVISIONs 1A and 1B: 8th April (Sunday 6pm) – Kilcummin v AdeS (away); 15th April – AdeS (home) v Laune Rangers; 22nd April – AdeS (home) v Ráth Mhór; 29th April – B/mac v AdeS; 6th May – Crócaigh v AdeS. DIVISION 9: 8th April (Domhnach 6pm) – AdeS v B/donoghue; 15th April – Asdee/Bally v AdeS; 22nd April – AdeS v Ballyheigue; 29th April – Scartaglin v AdeS; – 6th May – Naomh Pádraig v AdeS.
PEIL FAOI 14: (i) Our Under 14 indoor training session is being held in the club gym on Thursday from 6.30pm to 7.30pm. Aoife will be at this session to run over some more drills and she will introduce some band exercises. So, boys, it’s important for all to be in attendance, le bhur dtoil. (ii) Our Sunday outdoor training venue: expect text. (iii) Tralee District U14 League: (a) DIVISION 1: Our boys have advanced to this year’s final and will meet the winners of the Strand Road v Na Gaeil game. Táimid ag tnúth leis. Dáta agus ionad le socrú. (b) DIVISION 3: Our B team lads are this year’s Town League champions. (iv) County League fixtures: (a) DIVISION 1: Laune Rangers proved too strong for us on Spy Wednesday but every single one of our A boys kept fighting to the bitter end and showed a fantastic ‘never-say-die’ attitude. Well done! And we were supposed to be at home to Dr Crokes this week but the game has been postponed and will be rescheduled….details to follow by text. (b) DIVISION 9: The B team got their County League off to a winning start with a patchy but worthy win v Milltown/Castlemaine on Spy Wednesday. And they have been scheduled to play away v K-O’R on Wednesday evening….details to follow per text. (v) We had an outdoor session on bank holiday Monday from 4.45pm to 6pm in Connolly Park….great fun! Time to work off the effects of those Easter Eggs, gentlemen!

PEIL FAOI 15: Bhí an-lá ag ár mbuachaillí ar an Satharn seo caite cois Abhann Móire in Fermoy….a great day out. We took part in the Pa O’Brien Tournament. Four straight victories saw us qualify for the final in which we came unstuck against St Jude’s of Dublin. Thanks to Fermoy GAA for inviting us to a very well organised tournament.

PEIL FAOI 16: (i) Training for our Under 16 players will take place on Fridays and on Sundays. (ii) (a) The first U16 Central League match for our A team was played (ag baile) v Laune Rangers and we had a good start to our Central League campaign with a good win on a score line of 3-14 to 0-9. Nice! (b) The B team’s match v St Pats was refixed for this Friday (6th). (iii) The U16 Central League Division 1 game v An Ghaeltacht was played (as baile) ar an Luan seo caite, 2ú Aibreán. (iv) The U16 Central League Division 3 game v Castleisland was played (as baile) ag 7pm ar an gCéadaoin, 4ú Aibreán.
SCÓR na bPÁISTÍ: The county final quiz (Scór na bPáistí) will be held at 11am on Sunday April 22nd in the Intermediate Secondary School, Glenbeigh Road, Killorglin. Clubs wishing to take part in this table quiz (4 people per team) should have participants’ names sent to Suzanne Ní Laoire, Rúnaí Scór Chiarraí, by Friday the 13th.

PEIL NA nÓG: The Lee Strand UNDER 14 Féile Peile na nÓg will take place on Wednesday 11thApril. The Rock team is in Group A1. All Group A1 games will be played in Connolly Park. The first and second ranked teams in Group A1 will advance to the semi-finals. The winners in Group A2 and Group A3 will also advance to the semi-finals. The overall winner will represent Kerry at the National Féile Peile na nÓg in June. Ten minutes will be played in each half of each game. Group A1 fixtures: (i) AdeS v Moyvane at 6.45pm; (ii) Ardfert v Ballymac at 6.45pm; (iii) Moyvane v Ardfert at 7.15pm; (iv) Ballymac v AdeS at 7.15pm; (v) Moyvane v Ballymac 8.00pm; (vi) AdeS v Ardfert at 8.00pm.
