PEIL FAOI 8: (i) Football for our Under 8 boys on Sunday morning, mar is gnách. (ii) The Bracker ‘Regan Cup competition is still in progress on Thursday. (iii) The Siobhán Cotter Tournament was held in Churchill last Sunday. Our boys enjoyed themselves. Thanks to the organizers.
PEIL FAOI 10: (i) Our internal club cup competitions will continue on Thursday evening….more important games to be played! (ii) The Siobhán Cotter Tournament was held in Churchill on Sunday (11th) last. Thanks to all involved…a lovely tournament in Siobhán’s honour/memory!
PEIL FAOI 11: We’ll make our annual visit to Na Piarsaigh, Cork, in the coming weeks for the Dee O’Leary Tournament.
PEIL FAOI 12: Our season is now nearly ended and, mar chríoch, we are running a club blitz every Sunday. A cup has been put up in memory of the late great Charlie Healy. This cup, Corn Uí hÉilí, will be highly sought after! Beannacht Dé le hanam Charlie.
PEIL FAOI 14: (i) In the play-off on Wednesday (7th). i bPáirc na Mistéalach, we achieved a great victory v Churchill…AdeS: 3-17; Churchill: 3-4. (ii) In Sunday’s final in Caherslee, we took on Na Gaeil. Scór ag leatham…AdeS: 1-10; Na Gaeil: 1-3. After 60 minutes…AdeS: 5-13; Na Gaeil: 1-6. Well done, young Rockites! Report on web.
PEIL FAOI 16: Our Bs final game was v Ardfert on Monday (5th). Result on web. SCÓR NA nÓG: Scór na nÓg for the Greater Tralee Area will take place on Friday 23rd October.
OUR SENIORS: Sympathies to our hurlers v Crokes in the South Kerry Championship Final. We wish them well on Sunday next in their Junior County Final.
