SCÓR NA nÓG: (i) Good luck to our club members who’ll be participating in the Kerry county finals of Scór na nÓg on Saturday next (18th).

The competitions will take place at The Racecourse, Killarney, and the ‘off’ will be at 5pm. Best of luck to our girls! Go n-éirí go geal leo!

Our solo singer is Ella Nic Gabhann and our ballad singers are Emily Heaslip, Amy Ní Neachtain, Ciara Ní Mhathúna, Emma Ní Loingsigh, Ella Nic Gabhann. Is í Kathryn Mhic Gabhann an traenálaí/bainisteoir. An Charraig Abú!

PEIL FAOI 6/8/10: (i) We’re on a football break at the moment…all football completed for the year…we’ve arrived at season’s end! However, ‘twon’t be long ‘till the fallen leaves will have blown away, ‘till the trees will be coated in green or brown, ‘till the days will lengthen and our boys will be trotting gleefully on the green carpets of Na Cruaghoirt and of Cathair Sailí!

(ii) Our very important annual presentation day will take place on on Sunday December 3rd….3ú Nollaig…mark it on the féilire…cuir sa dialann é!

PEIL FAOI 15: The final of the HK Property Services Under 15 (Tralee District Board) football championship took place on Sunday last.

Toradh: AdeS: 6-10; Baile Mhic Eileagóid: 4-8. Farasbarr: 0-10. Plenty scores at Connolly Park! Our boys thought that the game was in the bag coming up to am sosa but the Ballymac lads stepped up, fought the good fight and played very very impressively but the power of The Rock was too much!

Another item of silverware has been added to our 2017 juvenile trophy collection after this final game of the season…an entertaining and high scoring encounter! Jimmy Browne, TDB, presented the cup to the Austin Stack Club captain, Cian Purcell. Congratulations to all involved and to Coiste na Páirce, in particular, for having The Nuns’ Field ready after an unexpected late change of venue from Caherslee. A good finish to a great year! Bua cuimsitheach! Comhghairdeachas!
