ANNUAL CHURCH GATE COLLECTION: Thanks to everybody who contributed so generously to our Annual Church Gate Collection last week-end, despite the inclement weather. And a special thanks to Ger O’Shea, the co-proprietor of  The New Yorkers Diner at 5 Bridge St. whose contribution of €50 was by far the biggest single contribution of the week-end. Ger and his family are residents in the heart of the Rock and Ger himself has participated in our Strictly Come Dancing competitions in the past. Thanks Ger again for that splendid donation.

ONLINE CLUB SHOP: A reminder that our Club shop is open 24/7. Check out the newest ‘official’ Austin Stacks Club Merchandise – only available to order on this link (free delivery on any orders over €50) see www.oneills.com

SCÓR: Brian Caball informs us that Marcas Ó Laoire from Gneeveguilla won the All Ireland Scór Competition in Singing in Castlebar last weekend singing a song (The Hills Around Listowel) made famous by the former Kerry Footballer, Gary MacMahon.  Brian also reminds us that our own Aoife Ní Choileáin was in second place behind Mark in the Kerry Final of the competition a few weeks ago.

CLUB CARDS: Our Card sessions continue in the Clubhouse on Monday and Thursday nights with the starting time at 9pm sharp.

CLUB LOTTO: This week’s (21st Nov) Jackpot, worth €2,650 was not won. The numbers drawn were 24, 27, 29, 31. The €20 winners were Eugene Lee, c/o On-Line; Sharon Walsh, Kenneth Cronin and Liam Somers, all c/o The Club; and Budge Grady, c/o The Brogue Inn.
