AN CÓD IOMPAIR: The new Code of Behaviour (underage), which was launched at a recent information day, highlights the levels of behaviour required by the GAA from those who are playing, coaching, officiating or attending underage games. It has 10 different sections and has been updated to reflect recent legislative requirements that are now enshrined in our Rules and in the day-to-day organising of our games. Sections include guidance on maintaining appropriate levels of behaviour when working with young people, how to promote the Code and deal with breaches of the Code, useful guidance on recruiting coaches and managers for underage teams, how to plan away trips, the club child safeguarding statement, dealing with bullying, social media guidance and how to report concerns or allegations. The Code of Behviour (underage) applies to all GAA groupings: peil, iománaíocht, camógaíocht, scór, handball and rounders. Tá sé ar fáil ar www.kerrygaa.ie.

BLÚIRE BEAG EOLAIS: Did you know that Dublin won the senior football All-Ireland final of 1891 and that Kerry won the senior hurling final?
