CÚL CAMP CRAIC: The Rock All-Stars and their team of coaches enjoyed 3-days of great enjoyment at the sports Cúl Camp in Connolly Park last week. Let it be known to all and sundry that this Rock All-Stars initiative also takes place EVERY Sunday morning at the Austin Stack Club. These weekly sessions are already a big success with all participants. This is an inclusive initiative undertaken by the club and is open to any child with a diagnosis; it provides a safe space for children to engage in social games and to learn some basic football skills. An-fháilte roimh chách. The Sam Maguire Cup was brought along on Thursday afternoon and created great excitement….for young and old.

The campa peile agus spraoi concluded on Friday with more than fun and games! Yes, spórt, spraoi agus craic! But much more was on the agenda…..party food, ice cream, medals, certificates and treat bags. Oh, glory Oh! Sceitimíní áthais ar gach éinne! J.Lane and Sons sponsored meals that were provided by MJ’s Diner; John Healy Refrigeration sponsored ice cream; Sandra O’Flaherty Reflexology sponsored medals; KOS Coaches Ballyheigue sponsored certificates and treat bags. Lá mór i saol na bpáistí go léir! And to crown it all, didn’t Adrienne McLoughlin arrive with her camera! Click! Snap! Snap! Click!
