Mary’s line for as long as I know her which is nearly thirty years is “Gir,l I just want to promote organic”.

Mary is a truly ‘down to earth, no frills kinda gal. Her aspiration for fresh and real food and organic as possible has been inspiring for me and my family and for the people who know and warm to her.
Her shop is a absolute pleasure to spend time and money in. She and her staff are naturally knowledgeable about life, how and what we eat. Upon entering the shop, one is greeted with a welcoming smile and attention.
