Balloonagh Convent and Catherine McAuley House are on the market.
THE convent at Balloonagh and Catherine McAuley House are currently on the property market for a guide price believed to be over the €1m mark.
There has already been viewings from interested parties from government bodies and the tourism interests at the properties which are owned by the Diocese of Kerry.
The convent closed last year and its contents were sold at auction for over €150,000 in 2016.
The Console charity was based at Catherine McAuley House before its services were taken over by Pieta House. The services will now move to Pieta House’s Moyderwell centre.
