BALLYGARRY House Hotel are currently in the midst of redeveloping their bar and casual dining facilities which will create new jobs upon its completion.

The hotel is undertaking a new development broken into two phases.

The first will involve removing the former N21 road, building a new gated entrance, 70 additional car park spaces and creating a new traffic system for guests simplifying their arrival to a specific amenity within the hotel such as the Nádúr Spa, The Pavilion, Reception etc.

The second phase focuses on the new casual dining venue but will also involve building new toilet facilities including disabled toilets, storage and plant rooms, new office space and a new lobby.

With this new addition to the hotel, Ballygarry House Hotel will be seeking to take on more staff adding to the 110 people already employed.

“The bar itself dates back to 1958 when the hotel first opened and the history and character of it is something that I – and many of our customers – wish to retain. I’m excited for this new phase in Ballygarry House Hotel’s story and look forward to welcoming old and new faces to the hotel in 2016,” said Padraig McGillicuddy.

Currently Leebrook bar can cater for 32 diners, but come April 2016 the new venue will be able to host 100 diners.
