OVER 90 boys and girls are taking part in the Ballymacelligott GAA Cul Camp this week.

“It’s a big group for a rural club camp and it’s great to see so many girls. The oldest group has as many boys as girls so that’s great to see,” said camp coordinator and Kerry ladies footballer, Amy Foley.

“Overall they’re all massively into football and want to play the game,” Amy said.

“It’s always a good standard when you come to Tralee for a camp,” she added.

“Each day they work on a different skill, we have games that try to hone their skills in specific areas,” she said.

“I just love working with this age group of kids, because you can start them at a young age and give them good habits for the future,” Amy said.

The Cul Camp will run up until Friday.
