Our U10s travelled to Churchill on Sunday last to take part in the annual Siobhan Cotter Blitz.

Our U10s performed very well in their first two games with good wins over Churchill and Austin Stacks in our final game against John Mitchels we didn’t play to our potential which saw the Mitchels emerge with the victory.

Our u9s played the same Clubs u9 teams with our boys showing an improvement in every game.

Many thanks to the Churchill Club for the invitation and well done on another successful Blitz.

Next Sunday morning sees the last day of academy when we welcome Kilcummin for challenge games.

We also hope to have Kerry Minor Captain Paul O Shea from Kilcummin in attendance with the Tommy Markham Cup.

Of course Paul is no stranger to Ballymac as his father Tom has given many years of service to the Club and is currently a selector with our Senior team.

On behalf of all in Ballymac Coiste na nOg thanks to all the players, parents and coaches for all the time the put in throughout the year. Trish & Dave
