Academy

On Sunday morning at the academy looking at the faces of the children, parents, and coaches it was obvious that everyone was enjoying themselves. The sunshine and absence of football in our pitch reminded us that ‘this will be forgotten – we really appreciate it now! And everyone did and were so grateful for the day.

Best wishes to Tony Riordan
For years our Coiste na nÓg in Ballymac was synonymous with Tony Riordan. He trained Coiste na nÓg teams for years, took them to football matches and made umpires and linesmen of their mothers! For many years he was the first man you met when you brought your child to training. He always has so much interest in the children and how they progressed. A few weeks ago, Tony had a hip operation and we wish him a speedy recovery and look forward to seeing him on the side-line when we are back to spectators at pitches.

Membership
We thank everyone who has paid their membership so far this year. The on-line facility to pay membership is on the club force app and the link is also on our web site. Everyone who returns to play, coach, mentor needs to have membership paid. This is vital so that everyone is covered to train and play going forward. Anyone with any difficulty you can contact Club Registrar Maureen O’Shea on 087-9795220.
