U17 District Championship

Mid Kerry 0-13
Congratulations to Ballymac girls Kerry Hennesey, Ciara Kerins, Sarah Scanlon, Clodagh Coffey, Roisin Rahilly Capt., Keelin Enright, Kate Collins and Ella Quirke who all had significant contributions in ensuring St Kieran’s got over the line today v Mid Kerry.
Mid Kerry got off to a flyer and were the better side by far for 1st 20mins and led 8pts to 1 at that stage but a very strong last 10mins by the Kieran’s girls ensured they led 2-4 to 0-8.
First 10mins of 2nd half St Kieran’s upped the intensity and a further 2-2 pretty much settled the contest.
3rd county title in 2022 for the afore mentioned girls as they add this to the U17A win and Junior B championship.
