Britt Nilsson is one of the new stars on ‘The Bachelorette’ TV Show.
TELEVISION cameras returned to Ballyseede Castle last week but it definitely wasn’t ghouls they were filming this time.
The hotel was one of the locations for filming a hit US reality TV show set to air on ABC Television in June of this year.
‘The Bachelorette’ which is regularly watched by up to 15 million people every week has been filming in various locations around both Tralee and Killarney in the past number of weeks.

While it is understood that confidentiality clauses were put in place with a number of hotels and restaurants in the area, it is known locally that some filming did take place at the popular wedding venue.
Just last year, a film crew from the ‘Ghostcircle’ TV show, which airs on the Showcase channel, visited Ballyseede Castle, as it is known as one of the Top Ten Haunted Hotels in the world according to Tripadvisor.
The programme aired earlier this year giving great publicity to the hotel. With millions of people set to watch The Bachelorette this summer, a whole new audience will see what the old castle has to offer.
