Ballyseedy Hosting Fundraising Raffle In Aid Of Tír Na nÓg Orphanage

BALLYSEEDY is hosting a special fundraising raffle this Christmas season in aid of the Tír na nÓg project in Africa.

The ‘Strive to Keep Christmas Alive Raffle is organised by Rebecca Poultney who works as a Marketing Assistant at Ballyseedy.

“At Ballyseedy, we believe that during these unprecedented times, there is always an opportunity to help others,” said Rebecca. “In line with our theme of “awaken the inner child in you”, we have teamed up with the well-known charity – Tír na nÓg.”

The Tír na nÓg Orphanage is a facility, founded by Tralee woman Louise Quill, that provides a nurturing family unit for over 80 orphaned and abandoned children in Tanzania, Africa.

“We have organized an online raffle, kindly sponsored by local businesses in order to fundraise for a children’s day out in ‘Waterworld’ Tanzania – a day of joyous fun festivities, food,games and lots more. All remaining funds will go directly towards the buying of essential items for these children,” she said.
