THE Bryan Carr School of Performing Arts will be entertaining shoppers in Manor West on Friday by performing a James Corden-style flash mob.

The performance will take place at 5pm, with the Beauty and the Beast characters from their upcoming production that will be staged in Siamsa Tíre next Monday and Tuesday during the school holidays for Easter.

With a cast of over a hundred, aged from 5 years to 18 years this Menken, Ashman and Rice Musical is produced and directed by Bryan. He said, “The cast have been rehearsing hard for the last few months and everyone is busy behind the scenes preparing to get our end of year production ready, so the excitement is building”.

Following on from the success of previous Musicals such as Annie, Seussical, The Little Mermaid and others, Bryan feels this is possibly Disney’s most popular Musical.

“Everyone is familiar with the love story of the leading couple Belle & the Beast but just as popular are the other couples of Lumiere & Cogsworth, Mrs. Potts & Chip and of course Gaston & Lefou, so there are familiar characters and of course familiar and well-loved songs for all the family to enjoy,” said Bryan.

The musical is licenced and presented in arrangement with Musical Theatre International (MTI) and runs at 2.30pm and 7.30pm on Monday, April 10, and Tuesday, April 11. For bookings call Siamsa Box Office on 066 7123055 or online at siamsatire.com
