THE window displays are ready, the discounts have been made and now it’s time for the frenzy to begin.
While many electrical goods stores have been running their Black Friday deals all week, tomorrow sees the biggest shopping day of the year for many retailers in town with prices slashed on a wide variety of goods.
In CH Chemists, their online sale begins at 6pm tonight and in store tomorrow from 9am to 9pm. Customers can receive discounts of up to 70% off selected fragrances, cosmetics, gift and electrical. Even premium items which previously wouldn’t be discounted will be on sale for great prices.

Fashion outlets around town are also preparing for customers, while Ryle Menswear on Ashe Street got ahead of the posse starting their 20% off sale today for the next five days.
In case you want to fuel up for the shop, ora take a break from it, Kirby’s Brogue Inn have their own Black Friday Special with a hot carvery lunch and homemade dessert for only €10 between 12pm and 4pm on Friday.
Over €150m was spent by Irish shoppers last year and you can expect a similar amount this year.
