BLUEBIRD Care in Tralee is holding an open day next week to recruit people for 20 new jobs in Kerry.
The homecare provider announced last week it was creating 450 jobs nationally across its 26 offices.
Staff will be needed nationwide after they secured tenders to provide care in all nine Community Healthcare Organisations across the country. The jobs will range from Clinical Nurse Managers to Care Assistants.
The Tralee BlueBird Care office in Godfrey Place, will host the open day from 10am to 4pm on Wednesday, September 19 for full and part time positions in health care assistant posts, as well as nursing and other positions.
Speaking on Radio Kerry’s ‘In Business’ programme, Financial Controller, Gerry Hartnett, said the number of new jobs to be created in Kerry/West Cork could rise to 35. For more check out the event page here
