A LOCAL writing group will launch its new book and art exhibition this Tuesday night at Tralee Library.
The ‘Tapestry of Words’ from the Lesley Collins creative writing group will be launched from 6pm-8pm.
Part of the event will include an art exhibition aimed at the whole community so anyone who would like to display their art work, can bring their work today Monday during the library opening hours up to 5pm.

There will be readings from the book, music and Christmas Carols on Tuesday night. There will also be an open mic session so, come, read a poem / story or sing a song.
The group are hoping to get support for this event from the many groups in Tralee that assist vulnerable people. There will be free refreshments at the event.
