TRALEE Chamber Alliance is calling on the new owner of the former Goblin and Kerryman sites in the Clash Industrial Estate Tralee to move quickly to develop the area in the interest of creating jobs.

It emerged earlier this week that the site has been sold and Tralee Chamber Alliance understand that a local developer has purchased the sites and will be seeking a meeting to ascertain the new owner’s plans for the property.

The President of Tralee Chamber Alliance, Aidan Kelly, said: “The sale of the former Goblin factory and Kerryman building presents an opportunity attract new business to Tralee. Tralee Chamber Alliance has long been vocal in calling for the sites to be developed. The proximity to Kerry Technology Park, the Institute of Technology Tralee and the town centre present a strong investment opportunity for prospective tenants.”

Tralee Chamber Alliance will offer services of its new ‘Innovate Tralee’ team to help in securing tenants for the development.
