AUSTIN Stacks will begin the defence of the Bishop Moynihan Cup against St Michael’s Foilmore, while Kerins O’Rahilly’s will face Rathmore in the county championship next month.
The first round draw for the Garveys Senior Football Championship 2015 was made earlier today and sees some interesting battles ahead.
St Brendan’s will play Kenmare District while All-Ireland champs Ardfert have a date with East Kerry to look forward to.
James O’Donoghue’s Killarney Legion will square off against last year’s beaten finalists Mid-Kerry while Dr Crokes, who will be desperate to get the trophy back, will face Shannon Rangers.
The Round 1 games will be played on May 23/24. The times and venues have yet to be decided.
