Churchill are away to Dr. Crokes B in Lewis Road, Killarney @ 1pm on Sunday 26th July in the next round of the County League. With the way other results have gone recently, Churchill are still in with a chance of promotion. Similarly, with only 6 points secured, relegation is also a possibility, so this is a must-win game. Please come along to support the team.

Juveniles

Our U-10 squad had an early start last Saturday as they travelled to Mallow  to compete in the ‘Monster Munster GAA Blitz’. Given the numbers that travelled, we were able to provide 2 teams so all players got game-time in the 11-a-side format.

After shaking the cobwebs from their legs after a long bus journey, both teams acquitted themselves brilliantly against tough opposition from all over Munster and more than held their own in what was a very well organised blitz.

It bodes well for next Saturday’s blitz in John Mitchels. Training as usual on Wednesday @ 7pm and watch out for texts from the mentors regarding the Mitchels blitz.

Congrats

To the Kerry Seniors on their deserved win over Cork in testing conditions in Killarney last Saturday. Roll on Croke Park.
