Fenit Rowing Club members getting ready for the competition, in which Kevin Crowley came 6th in All Ireland Mens 500m open and achieved a personal best time, along with Tara O’Halloran who competed in both the Ladies 500m and the Ladies 2000m and achieved a personal best in both competitions. Paula Maloney won the first gold medal for Fenit Rowing Club in the Ladies 500m!
The lotto of jackpot £1200 was held in the Tankard on Friday night and their was no winner,The lucky dip winners were £50 Pat o Connor Knockenagh Barrow and £25 Marie Rollls Knochanish Spa, Maureen Murphy Scrahan Cross and Caroline Murphy Ballygarron.
