The Seniors bounced back to winning ways in round 6 of the Division4 county league away to Moyvane on Saturday evening.

Moyvane for first to score with a point from play in the 2nd minute but then Churchill upped the gears and by 18 minutes had taken a lead of 1-05 to 0-01 thanks to points from Ivan Parker, Mikey Brennan and Oisin O’Brien (0-3) and a strong run and powerful shot also by Mikey Brennan which produced a goal.

Moyvane responded with their own goal one minute later from a long ball which Churchill failed to deal with in defense. Both teams exchanged 2 point to close out the half with Churchill leading 1-03 to 1-07.

In the 2nd half Churchill extended their lead by scoring the first 4 points of the half with the same scorers of Parker(0-2), Brennan and O’Brien.
