rsz_1churchill_gaa_2Seniors:

Churchill travelled to league leaders Fossa last Saturday evening in Round 8 of the Co League. We were short a few regulars and fielded a very youthful team, with only 4 players over 25 years of age.

Credit to Churchill who showed great fight throughout, but lacked a little experience and strength in key areas. Final score Fossa 0-15 ; Churchill 0-07. Next up for Churchill is the visit of Lispole this Saturday evening.

This is a must win game against a team level on points with Churchill in the table. Throw in is at 7:30 in the new pitch in Churchill. Come along and support the lads.

Minors:

Churchill entertain Milltown/Castlemaine in the Central League this Thursday evening in Churchill. Throw in at 7pm.

Cul Camps:

Churchill will be hosting the Football Cul Camps from the 8th to the 12th August. Application forms should have been delivered through the primary schools but parents can also register online at www.gaa.ie/kelloggsculcamps

Defibrillators:

The two defibrillators are located in the cabinet in the Oyster Tavern bar and in the portocabin below the restaurant in Spa Seafoods. Thank you again to Jim McGrath and Brendan Walsh for providing these secure and prominent locations for the defibrillators.

Juveniles:

U10 training continues on Wednesday evenings at 7pm. U6 / U8 & U10 Academy training is on Sunday mornings at 11am.
