rsz_1churchill_gaa_2Seniors:
Churchill play their penultimate game in this year’s Co League on Saturday evening away to Renard. Both teams are struggling at the bottom of the table and defeat to either team will almost certainly result in relegation to Division 5. Throw in at Renard is at 7pm.

Lotto:
There was no winner of the Lotto Draw held at West End. The numbers drawn were 4, 19, 20, 21. Lucky Dip winners were John O’Brien, Kilfenora, Liam Harty, Lassinagh, Aidan Murphy, Fenit and John O’Brien, Kilfenora. This weeks lotto jackpot will be €2,800.

U16:
Churchill beat Glenbeigh/Glencar/Cromane in their 4th round match of the County League on Thursday evening on a score of 5-10 to 0-12. They were only leading by a few points at half time but Churchill came out very strong at the start of the 2nd half and some quick goals from Conor Corrigan gave us a healthy lead. Glenbeigh/Glencar/Cromane had to push for goals but the Churchill defence was too strong and they held out comfortable winners. Their final match in the league campaign will be at home to Annascaul/Lispole where a win should see them into the Division 2 knock out stage. Fixture details to be finalized.

U14:
Churchill must wait to see who wins the semi-final between Ardfert and Dingle to see who they will face in the Final.

U13:
The u13 team lost their semi-final away to Mitchell’s on Sunday evening by a point on a score of 2-06 to 1-08.

U12:
The u12 panel and parents were bag packing in Super Value on Saturday. I wish to express the clubs appreciation to the management at Super Value for facilitating this fund raising activity. It was a great success and a big thanks you to everyone that took part and helped out on the day.
Training as normal on Thursday evening at 6pm with the next league match planned away to Keel at 7pm.
