Co. League
The Churchill Senior team begin their Div 4 Co. Senior League campaign next Sunday with an away match to Cordal at 2pm. This is a historic year for the club as we celebrate our Centenary year and the opening of our new pitch. Promotion from Division 4 and a good run in the Junior Championship should be well within the capabilities of this team, particularly as they narrowly missed out on promotion last year. It is vital that the team gets support at all matches this year, so please come along to support the team next Sunday.
New Pitch
Preparations are well underway to get the pitch in Churchill ready for play. Goalposts are due to be erected w/c 23rd March and other ground work will be completed in advance of the first match. It is hoped the first match played on the new pitch will be the Junior Championship match vs Na Gaeil on April 19th.
