GARVEY’S Tralee Warriors head coach, Mark Bernsen, has won the Basketball Ireland Super League Coach of the Month for October after leading his team to an unbeaten run of four games in the league throughout last month which sees them currently top of the table.
Bernsen is no stranger to these accolades having won the Coach of the Year award back in May in Warriors debut season.

In the Men’s Division One meanwhile, Keane’s SuperValu Killorglin head coach, Ignas Sijanas has secured the accolade of Coach of the Month, having continued his side’s unbeaten run throughout October, leaving them as one of just two unbeaten sides in the Division.
Tralee Warriors are back in action again this Saturday in a clash with UCD Marian — who lie three points behind Warriors in third — in Tralee Sports Complex at 8pm. Come early as usual!
