On Thursday, February 1, Joe O’Connor of Nisus Fitness and creator of Ireland’s Fittest Family, and Kerry Person of the Year Colm “Gooch” Cooper will talk about all things fitness and lifestyle-related at the event,

Joe O’Connor has worked in the fitness industry since 1998 and is a lecturer in Exercise in Physiology since 2006. He was recently appointed Head Of Athletic Development for the Kerry Senior Football Team.
