ALMOST €25 million in commercial rates have been collected by Kerry County Council rate collectors so far this year.
€24,856,809 was collected in total since rate demands were issued in March to end of August.
The figures were published at the local authority meeting this week.
The figure represents half of the amount due for collection in 2016 and includes outstanding rates from 2015.
