Denis Wins €37,000 In Prizes On ‘Winning Streak’

A CASTLEGREGORY man has a brand new motor after appearing on Winning Streak at the weekend.

Denis Cronin from Fahamore won €37,000 including a car worth €25,000 on last Saturday’s National Lottery Winning Streak game show on RTE.

The 66-year-old is married to Noreen and they have six children, three sons and three daughters- Stevie, Sean, Denise, Neil, Treasa and Maura. The couple have 11 grandchildren.

Denis is a semi-retired vegetable grower. He enjoys playing music in his spare time; Denis plays the bodhrán and travels to establishments around Kerry in the summertime to sit in on a music session.

Denis’s wife Noreen, all of his children and some of his grandchildren were in the audience of Winning Streak last weekend. His daughter Treasa, her husband, Dave and two children travelled from their home in Essex to support him.
