Donaghy’s Boyhood Dream Comes True At Chelsea

KIERAN Donaghy got to realise a boyhood dream yesterday when he walked out on the hallowed turf at Stamford Bridge yesterday.

The Stacks and Kerry star was in London for a book signing in Harrow, but was honoured to be asked to appear in an issue of the Official Chelsea Magazine and match day programme (see his instagram photos below).

Kieran is a lifelong Blue and saw them win the European Cup back in 2012 over in Munich (which according to his book, caused a bit of trouble with Kerry boss at the time Jack O’Connor).

The legend of the Star spreads to west London then. His team is flying high at the moment and if Conte needed a towering centre forward to knock down balls for Costa, we’re sure Kieran would oblige.

Meanwhile, the Tralee man will be back home on Saturday to sign copies of his ‘What Do You Think Of That?’ at O’Mahonys Bookshop in Tralee at 12 noon on Saturday.
