THE feats of the U16 basketball team at Presentation were acknowledged at the school on Wednesday with a presentation from the Board of Management.
The girls won the league and Cup All-Ireland double in the space of five weeks back in January/February at the National Basketball Arena in Tallaght, which was quite an achievement.

The Board of Management presented them all with a framed photograph of the team and sports bags to mark the double.
“We’re absolutely delighted with them,” said Principal of Presentation Tralee, Chrissie Kelly. “They went up believing that they could win and they did. They put in the training and commitment and are great ambassadors for the school,” added the Principal.
