ED Sheeran tickets don’t go on sale until 9am on Saturday morning, but why take chances?

At 3pm on Thursday, they started to queue outside B-Mobile on Dominick Street for what will surely be the biggest music event of 2018.

When we called down on Thursday evening, the six fans — Emma Fitzgerald, Abbie O’Sullivan, Mary Kate Heasman, Darcy O’Sullivan, Jennifer Keane and Dean Donoghue — were hoping to grab tickets for Dublin and Galway tickets and they came prepared with blankets and provisions for the two nights ahead.

The weather forecast is a bit mixed over the next day so let’s hope the showers don’t come their way.

There’ll be no such sleepovers in Killarney though. The INEC is not allowing people to queue on their premises until 6am on Saturday morning.
