The old Fabric nightclub building on Princes Street.
THE building that was once Fabric Nightclub on Princes Street has been sold.
Details of the sale by Sherry Fitzgerald Stephenson Crean have not been revealed, but it was bought in trust by a Cork solicitor for an unidentified buyer.
The building had been up for sale for some time.
Fabric was a popular spot on the Tralee social scene when it opened in 2004.
It closed its doors in March 2012.
The plans for the 30,000 square foot property have also not been revealed yet.
