Brendan O’Connor hosts the hit show, ‘Cutting Edge’.
THE award winning ‘Cutting Edge’ show is coming back our screens this spring and they want big personalities from Kerry to take part.
They are seeking people who are opinionated, outgoing and chatty to star in Brendan O’Connor’s hit show on RTÉOne.
Those who are familiar with the show will have heard the opinions of their regular cast of hairdressers, taxi drivers and dentist.
They now want the opinions of people from Kerry who work in those and similar professions: nail technicians, florists, tattoo artists, opticians, bakers, people who work with the public and have their finger on the pulse.
They will require just a couple of hours to film with each of our successfully cast contributors.
During that time, to be filmed at each person’s place of work, they will discuss a range of subjects – everything from breastfeeding in public to debating whether the Gardaí should have guns.
In this segment they focus on the kind of topics that are hotly contested over a pint or a cup of coffee up and down the country every day of the week.
